Accommodation – All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please review the below.

Vibe Hotel: All accommodation bookings must be paid 21 days prior to arrival (19 October 2018). Any outstanding bookings will be cancelled at 21 days prior. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 21 days of arrival. A $150 refund processing fee will apply to cancellations before 19 October.

Travelodge: All accommodation bookings must be paid 31 days prior to arrival (12 October 2018). Any outstanding bookings will be cancelled at 31 days prior. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 31 days of arrival. A $150 refund processing fee will apply to cancellations before 12 October.

Accommodation can be booked during the conference registration process. If you are doing the optional tours, please ensure you book your accommodation accordingly.
