Registration Information

Early Bird and Standard Registration
A discount is available for registrations received and paid before Friday 6 October 2017. Registrations not paid by that date will be re-invoiced at the standard rate.

Day Rate (Early Bird and Standard)

Please note the Day Registration does not include the welcome reception. Tickets can be purchased through the registration page.

Terms and Conditions* (Multiple Registration Bonus)

Discount only applies for colleagues from the same company. Speaker’s colleagues receive a discount on member and non-member rate only. Not the speaker rate. The Discount only applies if both delegates are registered at the same time. Only valid until 8 October 2017. Payment required upon registration.

Social Function
The Welcome Reception will be held on Monday 13 November from 5:00pm and forms part of the networking opportunity available to delegates. Tickets to the function are included in Full Registration only.   Day delegates or partners are invited to purchase a ticket to the Welcome Reception through the registration form.

Registration Conditions
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.

Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the Conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after 27 October 2017 must be paid in full by credit card only.  If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.

Cancellation & Amendments
The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 2 October 2017.  Registration cancellation received between 3 October to 16 October 2017 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 17 October 2017.  Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.

Privacy Policy
AST Management and the Conference Secretariat will not share your details and will send Conference messages only via email.

It is the responsibility of delegates to arrange their own travel insurance. The Conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
